Plans and what they include

This is the at-a-glance reference for SUPERWISE Chat plans. Use it to compare what each plan includes, look up a specific capability, and confirm what you’d need to upgrade for. Pricing is per user, per month, billed monthly.

Most plans are self-serve: pick Solo, Professional, Business, or Business Plus, enter a card, and you’re set up in minutes — no sales call required. Enterprise is the exception: it’s arranged with your account team for custom pricing, limits, and terms. This page is the lookup table for either path.

These come standard, regardless of plan:

  • The Business Assistant — a ready-to-use, professionally managed assistant for everyday work (drafting, summarizing, analysis). It works on day one and doesn’t count toward your assistant allowance.
  • A familiar, ChatGPT-style workspace — conversations, file uploads, saved prompts, and web search.
  • Safety review on every message — content is checked before and after the AI responds.
  • Full audit history — a record of activity for your administrators and governance reviewers.
  • Private by default — your conversations and data stay within your organization’s environment and are never used to train public models.
  • Quality verification — answers are checked for quality before they reach you.

A check (✅) means the capability is included; a dash (—) means it isn’t available on that plan. “Custom” means it’s set as part of your Enterprise agreement.

  • Solo is for one person — the familiar chat workspace with safety, audit, and privacy built in, free to get started with a card on file. The safe replacement for public AI tools, for an individual.
  • Professional is the team plan: add a seat per person and unlock the capabilities that make assistants genuinely useful with your information — knowledge from your documents, integrations, role-based access, and a governance dashboard for oversight.
  • Business is the identity-and-control plan: single sign-on, advanced access control, advanced knowledge across sources, and the ability to choose your AI model.
  • Business Plus layers on customization for larger rollouts: a custom web address, white-label branding, and the highest standard usage allowance.
  • Enterprise is a tailored agreement — custom limits, terms, and support, arranged directly with your account team rather than purchased online.
  • How to buy: Solo, Professional, Business, and Business Plus are self-serve — choose your plan, enter a card, and finish signing in. There’s no minimum team size and no sales call. Enterprise is arranged directly with our team.
  • Card first: for the self-serve plans, your card is captured up front (even for Solo, which is $0 during early access), then you complete sign-in. You can change or cancel your plan yourself from Settings → Plan.
  • Enterprise pricing: custom quotes, volume discounts, SSO, custom limits, and BAA/compliance terms are set with your account team as part of an Enterprise agreement.

SUPERWISE Chat is operated to a 99% availability target. This is a service-level objective we hold ourselves to; specific contractual service-level agreements are available as part of an Enterprise agreement.

Can I change plans later? Yes. Plans are designed to move up as your needs grow. You can change your plan yourself from Settings → Plan; changes apply at your next billing cycle.

Does the Business Assistant count toward my assistant limit? No. It’s included on every plan and never counts against your custom-assistant allowance.

Which plan lets me choose the AI model? Business or above. Every plan uses the SUPERWISE private model by default.
