Assistants

An assistant is a saved setup — a system prompt, optionally paired with knowledge collections and a guardrail pack — that anyone in your workspace can pick for a conversation.

Managing assistants is a Tenant Admin job

Only Tenant Admins can see and use the Assistants area. Members work with Conversations, Folders, and Knowledge Collections, and choose from whichever assistants a Tenant Admin has made active.
