Members and roles

Members & Usage has three tabs.

Invite someone by email, choosing a role as you invite them. Search and filter your existing members, and export the list as CSV.

The table shows each member’s role, status, and last activity, plus a Usage bar showing how much of their token allowance they’ve consumed so far this period.

Every column sorts. Click a header — Member, Role, Status, Last Active, or Usage — to sort by it, and click again to reverse the direction. Sorting by Usage is the quick way to find who’s close to their limit, or who hasn’t touched their allowance and might not need a seat.

The CSV carries the same information one row per member — name, email, role, status, last active, tokens used, token limit, and usage percentage — which makes it the export to reach for when you need a point-in-time record of who had access and what they used. See Data export and account deletion.

This is also where you open a member’s conversation history — see Conversational Replay.

A reference view of the two roles in your workspace:

  • Member — the default role. Works in Conversations, Folders, and Knowledge Collections.
  • Tenant Admin — everything a Member can do, plus settings, billing, members, Assistants, Guardrails, and governance across the workspace.

How your workspace’s token allowance is divided across members, and a breakdown of consumption by assistant over the last 30 days.
