Create and configure an assistant
From the Assistants area, click + New Assistant. An assistant has:
- Name and description.
- System prompt (optional) — instructions prepended to every conversation that uses this assistant.
- Knowledge collections — check any collections this assistant should have access to by default.
- Guardrail pack — pick one, or leave it at No guardrail pack.
Model and provider are fixed — every assistant runs on the SUPERWISE Platform’s model, and this isn’t something you choose per assistant today. The agent behind each assistant runs in your organization’s SUPERWISE AMP tenant, which is connected automatically when your workspace is created; see your SUPERWISE connection for what to do in the unlikely event it shows as disconnected.
