Plan & Billing has three tabs: Plan, Usage, and Invoices.
Your current plan, its price, when it renews, and your payment status. From here you can:
- Compare plans — see what each plan includes side by side.
- Change plans — upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at your next renewal.
- Manage billing — opens a secure Stripe page to update your payment method.
- Cancel your plan.
Your workspace’s monthly swToken allowance, how much has been used this cycle, and when it resets.

If you signed up during a launch window, Solo and Professional carry a discounted rate for your first 12 months before moving to the standard prices above.
Every plan includes the same core capabilities — governed AI chat, roles and access control, knowledge collections, and the Business Assistant. Plans differ in capacity, not in which features are switched on.
Enterprise is arranged directly with our team rather than bought online; limits and terms are set as part of that agreement.
