User settings

Open My Account from the account menu to reach your personal settings, across five tabs.

Profile

The only thing you can edit here is your display name. Your email, role, and profile photo are managed by your organization’s identity provider, and shown read-only.

Preferences

Default mode — which chat mode new conversations start in: Quick, Thinking, Research, or Thought Partner.
Send on Enter — on by default, so Enter sends and Shift + Enter adds a new line. Turn it off to swap the two.
Timestamp on hover — shows when a message was sent when you hover over it, without cluttering the conversation.
Restart onboarding tour — replay the first-run walkthrough any time.

Usage

A read-only view of your token usage for the current billing period, your plan, when your usage resets, and which capabilities your plan gives you access to.

Data & Privacy

Export your data downloads a copy of your account data — your profile and conversation list — as a JSON file.

Delete your account removes you from the workspace for good, and can’t be undone. Your account is locked immediately, and after 30 days your personal settings, chats, folders, knowledge, and memory are permanently deleted. As part of confirming, you pick a Tenant Admin to receive your shared chats, folders, and knowledge, so your colleagues don’t lose access to them. Export your data first if you want a copy.

Tenant Admins can’t delete their own account from here — contact SUPERWISE support instead.
