Tenant settings
Tenant settings is where a Tenant Admin manages the workspace as a whole. It’s reached from the Tenant tab alongside your personal (User) settings.
Your SUPERWISE connection
Section titled “Your SUPERWISE connection”Along the top of tenant settings is a SUPERWISE Connection indicator, showing either Connected or Disconnected.
When your workspace was created, a SUPERWISE AMP tenant was created alongside it. That’s where the agents behind your assistants actually run — both the built-in Business Assistant and any you create yourself. This indicator tells you whether Chat can currently reach it.
Provisioning and connecting that tenant is automatic — it happens as part of creating your workspace, and there’s nothing for you to configure. In normal use this indicator simply reads Connected.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”A single-glance summary: your current plan and its status, this period’s usage, your monthly cost, and your team’s seat count — each with a link into the relevant page for more detail.
General Settings
Section titled “General Settings”Tenant-wide configuration that applies to every project and every user:
- Interaction Tiers — which chat modes are available in your workspace, and which one new conversations default to.
- External Research Enabled — whether Chat can search outside your organization’s own knowledge at all.
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”Integrations shows your single sign-on configuration: which provider your workspace authenticates through, whether SSO is currently enabled or disabled, and the protocol in use.
These values are read-only here — SSO is managed by your authentication provider, so changes go through your identity provider administrator rather than this page.
Audit Log
Section titled “Audit Log”A record of settings changes and workspace activity — see The audit log.
Elsewhere in tenant settings
Section titled “Elsewhere in tenant settings”- Members and roles — members, roles, and usage by person.
- Billing — your plan, usage, and invoices.
