Sign up for SUPERWISE Chat

SUPERWISE Chat has a self-serve sign-up flow — you can go from picking a plan to chatting in your own workspace in a few minutes, with no sales call required. This page walks through each step, from choosing a plan to landing in your workspace for the first time.

  • A work or personal email address.
  • A payment method — required to start even on the free plan (see Step 2 for why).
  • A modern web browser. Nothing to download or install.

Go to superwise.chat and start the sign-up flow (for example, via Get early access or See launch pricing). You’ll see four self-serve plans:

PlanPrice (per user / month)Best for
Solo$0 launch price (list $9)One person getting started with governed AI
Professional$9 launch price (list $29)A team that wants shared workspaces, knowledge, and integrations
Business$49Organizations that need to move real numbers on revenue and efficiency
Business Plus$69Larger rollouts wanting their own branding and rules at scale

Pick a plan and continue. Solo and Professional are shown at a launch price for your first 12 months before graduating to their standard rate ($9 and $29/user respectively); Business and Business Plus are flat, with no time-boxed discount.

Next you’ll land on a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your email and payment method.

Review the order summary (plan, any launch discount, and total due today), agree to the terms, and submit.

After payment, you’ll land on a confirmation screen telling you your payment was received and to check your email for a secure activation link. This link both verifies your identity and finishes setting up your workspace behind the scenes — there’s no separate “name your company” step to fill in.

Clicking the link in your email takes you to an Activate your account screen. Set a password that meets the on-screen requirements (minimum 10 characters, with at least one number, one special character, one lowercase letter, and one uppercase letter, avoiding 3 or more repeating characters) — or choose Microsoft to activate with your Microsoft work account instead.

Once you’re activated, you’re signed in automatically and land straight in the main chat screen — there’s no setup wizard to complete first. A few things worth knowing about what you’ll see:

  • Your workspace is already provisioned. It’s named after the email you signed up with, and you’re automatically the Tenant Admin — there’s no separate step to create or name a company workspace.
  • A short onboarding walkthrough appears the first time you log in from a browser, with three quick steps: bring your knowledge, a quick note on how you’re covered, and a prompt to ask your first question. It’s dismissible — feel free to skip it and start chatting right away.

You’ve picked a plan, paid, verified your identity, and landed in your own workspace as its admin. Here’s what each step gave you:

  • Your plan set your capacity (seats, custom assistants, and monthly usage).
  • Your payment method on file kept sign-up limited to real accounts, with any launch discount applied automatically.
  • Your activated account is what signs you in going forward.
  • Your workspace is ready immediately, with you as its admin — no extra setup required.
  • Payment won’t go through — double-check your payment details, or try a different payment method if one is offered.
  • No activation email after a few minutes — check spam, then use Resend the email on the confirmation screen.
  • You were charged when you expected $0 — confirm the launch discount was applied at checkout before submitting; contact support if a charge looks wrong.
