Conversational Replay
Conversational Replay lets a Tenant Admin open and read a member’s conversation history — the same messages that member sees, in full — from Members & Usage in tenant settings.
This is what makes a workspace governable: an organization can review how AI is actually being used inside it, rather than taking it on trust.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Tenant Admins only. Members can’t review anyone else’s conversations.
- Read-only. A Tenant Admin reviewing history this way can’t post, edit, or delete anything on your behalf.
- Recorded. Every time a Tenant Admin opens a member’s conversation history, it’s written to the audit log — so the review itself leaves a trail.
What this means if you’re a Member
Section titled “What this means if you’re a Member”Conversations in Chat are private to your organization, and a Tenant Admin can review them as part of governing that organization’s AI use. Treat Chat the way you’d treat any other work system: appropriate for company work, not for anything you wouldn’t want your organization to have a record of.
